• Can I personalise every aspect of the design?
    • Yes, from the images, titles, colour and right down to the font. You send us all the details and we’ll deliver your bespoke poster with personalised QR code. Check out this video to see the process and let the guessing games begin.
  • Can I order more than one size and design?
    • Of course, leave a note at checkout with all your request for each design. You can also email us directly with all your poster design requests.
  • Why is the dispatch time 2 days?
    • This is to give our order processing buffer time for smoother dispatch. We first Prepare the designs, then Print, Quality Check, then Dispatch. All orders are put in a queue that follows this procedure. You can also opt for express delivery if there is a rush on the order.
  • How do you package the posters?
    • Small print sizes and greeting cards are sent flat in hard-backed envelopes. Whereas bigger sizes (A3+) are rolled safely in cardboard tubes with caps at either end.
  • Can I track my order?
    • Yes all domestic and international orders are sent with tracked courier services. The tracking info will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
  • Can I return it if I do not like the product?
    • Of course, within 30 days you can request a return & refund, no hassle, no questions asked. (Well, we like to ask a couple of questions in the form of a survey to improve our service).
  • What happens if my delivery is late or damaged?
    • Couriers and postal services sometimes do have delays especially around festive seasons. Please contact us as soon as possible when the order hasn’t arrived in the planned time-frame or is damaged. For gift orders and occasions we recommend ordering well ahead of time to anticipate any delays or re-shipments.
  • My QR code does not scan.
    • This a rare accordance, but contact us as soon as possible to rectify any QR link issues or misprints.
  • Can I order bigger sizes than A0, or on canvas?
    • Yes, simply message us with your request and we can give you a quote for extra large sizes and stretched canvas prints.
  • Do you do special offers and deals on multiple orders?

  • Why don’t you do frames?
    • We have thought about it, but there are so many options to chose from, plastic, wooden, colour, finish, that customers tend to prefer choosing them separately.
